Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 24 hours a $25 cancellation fee will occur. No refund if canceled without at least a 24-hour notice.
Booking
While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location at booking by paying a $20.00 lock-in fee.
Pet Guidelines
Quiet and well-mannered pets are allowed and welcomed at the campground. Any dog that shows aggressive behavior will be required to leave the campground. Limit of 2 dogs per site. Pets must always be on a leash and kept under control. Owners will be notified when excessive barking is occurring. Any dog that has continuous, excessive barking will be required to leave the campground. Pets are not permitted in any building or in the playground/activities area. An off-leash dog park is provided at the front of the campground.
People Per Site
Site rates are based on 6 people per site.
Only one RV per site. One additional tent may be placed on the RV site for children under 18 for an additional $10.00/night. Only one tent per tent site, no exceptions.
Noise, Quiet Hours & After Dark
Quiet hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Friday & Saturday 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Any unreasonable loud noise is prohibited at all times. No golf carts after dark. No bike riding after dark.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted. However, excessive use or use of any illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. As solely determined by management, drunkenness, disorderly conduct, illegal drug use, obscene language, any disrespectful/rowdy behavior by you, your guests, your children or anyone at your campsite will subject you and your group to immediate ejection without a refund.
Speed Limit
Please abide by the posted speed limit signs to keep our campers safe.
Respect of Others & the Campground
Please do not cut through other campsites, treat others as you would like to be treated, be courteous to your neighbors and be courteous after quiet hours. Please respect our property and our property’s belongings. We work hard to provide our campers with a great camping experience and appreciate your respect for our belongings and property.
Golf Carts
Golf carts are allowed with proof of liability insurance. Golf carts cannot be driven after dark and must obey posted speed limits. They Must be registered at the office. Golf carts are driven at your own risk.

Washing of Campers, Vehicles, etc.
Washing of campers, vehicles, etc., is not permitted. Seasonal campers may wash their campers on the dates according to the seasonal contract.
Firewood
Dry, affordable firewood is available for purchase and can be delivered to your site upon request. Our campground does not allow firewood to be brought in due to possible infestation. Please be responsible, use the fire rings provided, keep your fire a reasonable size and be sure that it is completely out before you leave the site or go to bed for the evening.
Visitors
Guests/Visitors are welcome and must register at the office. Guests MUST park in the visitor parking area and abide by all campground rules. Guests assume full responsibility for any visitor to their site.
Vehicles & Parking
Only two vehicles per registered site (this excludes seasonal campers). All other vehicles must park in the visitor’s parking area. Only two vehicles per registered site, no exceptions.
Pump Outs
Camper pump out’s are offered for a $35.00 fee. Please allow 1-2 hours once you have paid for service.
Office Hours
Office hours are from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. sharp. Please be sure to stock up on wood, ice or camp store items you may need prior to 8 p.m.
Check In & Check Out
Check-in is 2:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
* If checking in after 8:00 p.m., please use our after hours check-in box, located in front of the office by the front door.
