Terms of Service

Check-In & Check-Out Information:

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out 11:00 AM
  • In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

General:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, their visitors and/or pets.
  • H2H is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
  • All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle and/or camper is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
  • Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
  • All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles.
  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
  • Washing of campers, vehicles, etc., is not permitted. 
  • Seasonal campers may wash their campers on the dates according to the seasonal contract.

Safety & Security:

  • No glass containers allowed.
  • The use of Firearms of any kind is prohibited.
  • The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is prohibited.
  • Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
  • Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
  • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
  • Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is prohibited.
  • Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
  • No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) will result in eviction.
  • H2H is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. 
  • Report any problems to the Main Office immediately.
  • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
  • Guests violating rules that results in eviction will not receive any refunds for their stay.
  • Guests assume full responsibility for any visitor to their site.
  • Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
  • Profanity or violence towards other guests or staff will result in immediate eviction.

Visitors & Site Information

  • Site rates are based on 6 people per site. 
  • Only 2 vehicles per site is allowed.
  • One tent per site.
  • One RV per site. 
  • One additional tent may be placed on the RV site for children under 18 for an additional $10.00/night. 
  • Visitors are welcome at guest sites, but they must first register at the office.
  • $3.00 guest fee per day, per vehicle.
  • Visitors must park in the designated visitor parking areas.
  • Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.  
  • All visitors are required to leave by 11:00 PM.

Quiet Hours:

  • Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. 
  • Friday & Saturday 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. 
  • Any loud music, objectionable noise or unreasonable noise is prohibited at all times. 
  • No golf carts after dark. 
  • No bike riding after dark.
  • Please be courteous to other guests around you.

Pet Policy:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and under control.
  • There is a two-pet limit.
  • No exotic or oversized pets are permitted.  
  • All Pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • Pets may not be left outside unattended.
  • Owners will be notified when excessive barking is occurring. Any dog that has continuous excessive barking will be required to leave the campground.
  • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
  • Pets are prohibited in the park, buildings and amenity areas.
  • H2H is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
  • An off-leash park for small dogs up to 30 pounds is provided at the front of the campground. 
  • An off-leash park in the back of the campground for larger size dogs 30 pounds and above is provided in the back of the campground.

Firewood

  • Our campground does not allow firewood to be brought in due to possible infestation. 
  • Dry, affordable firewood is available for purchase and can be delivered to your site upon request. 
  • Use the fire rings provided.
  • Keep your fire a reasonable size.
  • Do not leave fire unattended, no exceptions. 

Facilities & Amenities:

  • The laundry room is open 24/7.
  • Change is available in the office if needed.
  • Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available in the camp store if needed.
  • Please be respectful and do not leave your laundry sitting in the washer and/or dryer.
